• El propietario y administrador de este sitio web (la Web) es la REAL FEDERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE NATACIÓN (RFEN), una empresa española con domicilio en C/ Juan Esplandiú, 1, 28007 Madrid – España con NIF nº Q2878029D, inscrita en el Registro Nacional de Asociaciones Deportivas del Consejo Superior de Deportes con número de inscripción 32, de acuerdo con el artículo 34.2 de la Ley 10/1990 de 15 de Octubre, del Deporte.

• Al acceder y utilizar la Web, usted (el Usuario) acepta someterse a estos términos y condiciones, que podrán ser actualizados y modificados por RFEN en cualquier momento sin notificación previa al Usuario. Utilizar esta Web después de las modificaciones se considerará que acepta dichos cambios.

• Estas Condiciones de Uso y sus modificaciones constituyen un contrato entre el Usuario y RFEN. RFEN tiene derecho a modificar estas Condiciones de Uso a su discreción en cualquier momento, entendiéndose que al utilizar la Web el usuario acepta dichas modificaciones.

• Este sitio web está dirigido al público en general.
